The FeedMix Mixer-Conditioner features a carbon-steel tubular housing with a SINT engineering polymer liner, a combined feeder screw-mixing shaft, a vertical inlet with an XBZ flange connection, a SINT flush outlet, liquid supply points in the conditioning section, and a drive unit with integrated shaft seal.

Function

The FeedMix Mixer-Conditioner efficiently integrates, conditions, and blends molasses or similar liquids into animal feed, optimising both function and cost. It can perform various processes such as adding molasses, oils, or oil blends into flour and dry feed mixtures, incorporating liquid additives for animal feed and pet food, and conditioning or humidifying dry animal feed and food products. Its advanced technical features, innovative SINT engineering polymer, and exceptionally short processing time make it ideal for continuous operation.
