The WAMGROUP  strategy for the Separator Division focuses on continuous product development in order to keep product lines aligned with the market needs and with a competitive price.
In line with this strategy is the new SINT EC that combines the traditional features of a SINT  screw already available for SEPCOM machines with new technical characteristics which increase machine performance and durability.

- New SINT screw for SEPCOM 015

Thanks to the experience with other machines such as SEPCOM 045 and 065 WAMGROUP  will use this improved material also for SEPCOM 015 in order to increase machine performance and durability.

SINT EC was developed for applications involving handling of hot (up to 100 °C) and highly abrasive materials. The most important characterisitic is that this new engineering polymer does not absorb any liquid (with standard SINT hot material will absorb liquid and increase in size which make cause breakage of the screen). Moreover, with abrasive materials the life of a SINT EC screw is longer than that of a stainless steel screw. SINT EC finds its most important application in AD plants, as well as in industrial applications.

SINT screws for SEPCOM 015 were developed to improve the performance of the whole SEPCOM through the use of engineering polymer screws.
The new SINT screws have show better performance in terms of solids output maintaining all the advantages of stainless steel screws. In particular, this new material increases durability of the screws in livestock breeding applications as in cattle and pig farms.

Thanks to many years of experience in biogas applications and in new industrial applications,  the Separator Division has developed a new type of engineering polymer that resists temperatures up to 100 °C. It shows higher resistance in heavy-duty applications. Consequently, it is possible to replace stainless steel screws with the new SINT EC90 and SINT EC70 screws for the entire range of horizontal machines. Regarding the vertical machines we can replace the standard SINT screws with the new ones in SINT EC70.

The new screws maintain all the advantages of stainless steel screws, as well as those of standard SINT.
SINT EC90 will be the standard for screws in biogas applications in for the horizontal machines. SINT EC70 will be standard for vertical machines.
Thanks to its excellent non-stick properties and resistance to abrasion, maintenance is simple and quick with an overall reduction of maintenance costs for the End User.

The new SINT screws perform better in terms of solids output maintaining all the advantages of stainless steel screws.
This kind of screw is ideal for cattle and pig manure (for biogas applications choose SINT EC).
Know-how in SINT engineering polymer design, in combination with an extraordinary manufacturing technology, make these components particularly innovative and advantageous for a large number of applications (also industrial with material temperatures up to 30 °C). Components may have particularly elastic, anti-abrasive, or food-grade features.
