Description
The VPM Multi-Choke Valve consists of a metal frame, three SINT engineering polymer-coated choke paddles, an integral SINT engineering polymer gasket, a splined actuator drive shaft and guarded power transmission on both frame sides.
Function
VPM Multi-Choke Valves are designed to intercept the flow of dry powders or granular materials, whether gravity-fed or conveyed. They can be installed below the outlets of hoppers, bins, or FIBCs, as well as at the inlets and outlets of mechanical conveyors, and above the inlets or outlets of belt conveyors.
Thanks to their specially engineered geometry and a range of choke design options, VPM Multi-Choke Valves are suitable for use across virtually all industries, including food processing.
Their efficient performance, combined with the use of high-grade engineering materials, makes them a cost-effective solution wherever contamination or material pollution must be avoided during processing.
